Ms. Hammons is also the developer of Premier Pigments, critically acclaimed as the only true permanent make-up pigment available.

Originally trained as a make-up artist, Sandi Hammons achieved notoriety doing make-up for Miss America contestants as well as several well-known screen actresses.
